Some cameras provide the option to just expose the same part of the negativ twice. if that's not the case just take picture, pull the film back a little bit manually (same way as you normally pull it back completely when the film is full) and take another picture. this way it is a bit difficult to layer the two exposures perfectly on top of each other, but it will still look interesting. by the way, that picture is not even double exposed :) just a normal photo...
